(Hour 2b) Rich informed the listeners that Jon DiPietro, candidate for School Board in Ward 6, is filing a Right to Know request concerning Tessier’s confidentiality violation. Rich then asked Ed Naile about his legal rights in making the letter public. Finally, his sister, nephew and niece called in to wish him a happy birthday.
(Hour 3a) Rich played an audio clip from the Board of School Committee meeting in which he argues about whether or not the mentioned document should be allowed to be presented to the public. He then picked up where the video left off and told the listeners about what happened next.
