(Hour 2c) Guest host Manchester Police Chief Nick Willard opened the segment by talking about DWI checkpoints.  He then shared about how the Manchester Police Department is rewarding acts of kindness.  He also addressed recent controversies, speaking about the rape at West High School and the numerous robberies on the West side.  Finally, he tackled the drug war, making the distinction between drug dealers who sell marijuana and dealers of heavy drugs.  Tune in to hear all about it!
