(Hour 1c) Rich commented on the State Budget.  He pointed out a large increase in spending and discussed Senator Gary Daniels’ note to the Freedom Caucus, who is largely in opposition of the budget.  He then declared himself in support of the budget, but talked about the conversations that he would like to have about the budget appropriation.  Tune in to hear all of the details!
