(Hour 1a) Rich started the show by talking about last night’s Manchester Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting. The discussion focused on the fire contract and possible conflicts of interest by aldermen Ron
Ludwig and Normand Gamache, saying that they violated their oathes of office, and should possibly be removed for violating the city charter in that way. He then went on to talk about more conflicts of interest that have happened in the city revolving around the teachers’ contract by other members of the boards, and around the creation and the purpose of the tax cap.
