(Hour 3a) Rich talked to State Representative John Burt for the Under the Golden Dome segment.  Rich started by conveying feedback from Harriet in Deerfield concerning previous promises made by government.  He and State Rep. Burt then tackled farming legislation and the process on the State budget, discussing the Keno bill, the fetal homicide bill and more.
