“School is where the money is, and it’s about time the taxpayers… start asking questions,” Rich said as he discussed spending in the Queen City. He talked about a degeneration of competency as a result of the school curriculum and pointed out the discrepancy between education in the Manchester School District and college-level learning. Finally, he wondered what the benefits of the teacher pay raises were for the taxpayers and addressed the Union’s request for further funding. Tune in to hear all about it!
