Rich spoke to Hooksett Police Department Chief Peter Bartlett. Chief Bartlett began the segment by explaining why he decided to transfer to Dracut, Massachusetts. He talked about working the son of Girard at Large frequent guest host Dr. Jeff Czarnec, what the Hooksett Police Department looked like when he arrived as Chief, why he came out of retirement and building trust the officers that he works with.
