(Hour 3a) Rich talked about the proposal for the Manchester School District to be reincorporated as a department of the Queen City.  He discussed the costs of running the school district, sharing about charge-back items and debt service, and how they would be affected should this proposal move forward.  “If you want to solve the problem make it a department again,” he said.  Tune in to hear more.
