(Hour 2c) Rich spoke to Arthur Green of the School District Governance Association.  Arthur explained what the Association’s intended purpose is and he answered Rich’s questions concerning what most elected officials who deal with school budgets are not aware of upon being elected.  Finally, they discussed an upcoming event aimed at informing the attendees about school budgets.
