(Hour 1c) Rich spoke to retired officer Jim Gaudet for Public Safety This Week.  They started by discussing the investigation of Manchester Ward 8 Alderman Tom Katsiantonis.  They talked about whether or not the authorities can prohibit him from flying out of the country, before they tackled Senate Bill 12 and the NH Association of Chiefs of Police’ opposition to Constitutional Carry.
