Rich started the hour by voicing his frustration and sharing about why he has been so tired lately. He spoke about spending in Bedford and took a call from Eric in Manchester, who inquired about Executive Orders. Rich made the distinction between Executive Orders that are allowed by the Constitution and ones that are not. Finally, he talked about Sanctuary Cities and President Donald Trump’s proposed wall.
