John Lyscars of Hooksett and Rich Girard, a member of the Manchester School Board, joined Sid today to discuss an issue that has been before the Manchester School Board for a number of years — and that is should the school district go through the process of re-districting its schools in an effort to use space that is not being put to good use. Presently there exists an unbalance in how students are distributed among the schools. The re-districting is an attempt to place students in schools so that there is a more equitable use of space and a more effective manner of providing sound learning environments for all students.
