Rich told the listeners about the first complaint that he made, in regard to yesterday’s segment with Mayor Ted Gatsas. He spoke about the city’s complaint response system and wondered if it could be handled more efficiently. He spoke about the responsibility of property owners and took a call from Ward 3 alderman Patrick Long.

(Hour 1b) Rich continued his discussion with Chairman of the Board of Aldermen Patrick Long. They discussed responsibility for landlords and tenants and brought up the difficulty in moving the issue forward in the court system.
