After telling us about a unique holiday in Vermont, Rich addressed a question regarding his decision to vote to deny teacher layoffs at last night’s Manchester Board of School Committee meeting. He spoke about the finances behind it and wondered if the teacher’s contract should be opened back up. Finally, he talked about contracts that are up for negotiation.
