Rich spoke about Alderman at-Large Dan O’Neil’s proposal to put a gate outside of Presidents Road, which falls within Alderman Barbra Shaw’s district. He pointed out that lines that were crossed in doing so, and shared about procedures that are in place to ensure that the job is properly done. Finally, he talked about Manchester’s move to raise parking fees.
