(Hour 3b) After speaking about the proper pronunciation of poutine, Aurore Eaton talked to us about William Shakespeare for The History Lady. She spoke about her visit to the Courier Museum of Art. We heard about Manchester’s application of Shakespearean work from the 19th century. We also heard about his life, death and some of the details that took place in between. Finally, she told us about a number of common phrases that found their origins in Shakespearean plays.
