We were joined this morning by Manchester Health Officer Tim Soucy for Public Health and Wellness. He started by talking to us about a West High School fundraiser and the potential to win an award for the community. After speaking about drug court, he and Rich discussed the recent decision to bring narcan into the Manchester School District.
