Rich shared his opinion that there’s a six million dollar problem within the budget. He then talked about the opioid crisis, informing us about a vote concerning the narcan policy.

(Hour 1b) Rich continued in his discussion regarding the use of narcan in the school. We received a phone call from Ward 5 School Board member Lisa Freeman, who wanted to share her input. We heard about training for staff and students concerning finding signs of drug use and he told us about student feedback concerning our interview with Manchester Police Chief Nick Willard.
