Rich started by talking about legislature not convening. He spoke to us about Expanded Medicaid and told us about the average cost per person. He wondered about the effect of the taxes that this program will have on businesses. He pointed out that insurance companies, hospitals and the like will be pulling their funding from the tax payers.
