Rich talked to us about redistricting this morning. He started by sharing the three things that the Manchester School Board instructed Superintendent Debra Livingston to do. He spoke about redistricting and grade configurations and shared the difficulty in receiving necessary information to move forward with the redistricting. He then talked about the crowding problem at Northwest Elementary School.
