Rich talked to us about gun-free zones. He spoke about different schools within this state and the support that they are lacking. He told us about laws designed for public safety and gave his thoughts on whether or not they actually provide public safety. He spoke about past issues within the Manchester School District and speculated as to how things could have turned out if intentions were more hostile. He reminded us about the movie theater shooting, a bus stop beating and more.
