We were joined this morning by Merrimack Town Councilor Bill Boyd. He started by explaining about the massive traffic issues that occurred last night during the NH Primaries. He told us why the issues occurred and shared ideas as to how the situation may be rectified for future events. He then gave us Merrimack’s data from the NH Primary and talked to us about the budget.
