In the absence of Judy Loubier we were joined by Ben Paquin of Seniors Helping Seniors NH for Caring for Seniors. Ben started the segment by telling us about how he got involved in the business. He shared that it’s not just what you do, it’s who you are that makes a difference as a caregiver. He told us what he looks for when seeking new workers. “Age is a big factor for us,” he shared, but told us that the primary qualification is having heart. They discussed physical requirements, personality, emotions within the job and more.
