(Hour 1b) Rich touched on last night’s School Board meeting. He talked about the finances that we receive for Special Education and wondered how much we spend on it. He wondered about alternatives to Special Education that do not require money from the federal government. He was joined by Ed Naile, Chairman of the Coalition of New Hampshire Taxpayers, who wondered about the number of children who are in Special Education classes.
