Special Guest Host Dr. Jeff Czarnec was joined this morning by Tracy Hutchins, President of the Souhegan Valley Chamber of Commerce for Chamber Chat. Tracy talked to us about what the chamber does. She gave us some benefits for joining the Chamber and then told us about some of the difficulties in owning a business.
