We were joined by Sid Glassner, Senior Fellow with the New England Society for the Study of Education, for Is Our Children Learning. He started by sharing with us about Loco Parentis, which is Latin for “in the place of a parent.” He and Rich debated about how to respond to the looming terror threats, specifically referring to the recent closing of the Nashua School District. We then took a call from John in Manchester concerning a concerning change in staff that he read about.
