(Hours 3a,b) We were joined this morning by Ann Marie Banfield of Cornerstone Policy Research. She came on the show to discuss the PACE assessments and tell us about what she is finding from the public documents on file from the state. She started by explaining what the assessments are and she talked to Rich about refusing said tests. She also told us about Bedford’s refusal.
