(Hour 2b) Rich started by pointing out that there are differences between the PACE assessment program that Superintendent Livingston spoke about at last night’s Manchester School Board meeting and the previous iteration. He brought up a school program at his daughter’s school and pointed out the aversion to any reference to Christmas. He then discussed the plans for tonight’s meeting of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen. He told us about a letter from Assistant City Solicitor Tom Arnold in response to complaints filed by Michael Olszta concerning the breech in the Charter at the hands of Barbra Shaw, Ron Ludwig and Norm Gamashe. He then took a call from Eddy in Manchester, who wanted to jump in on the conversation.
