We were joined by Judy Loubier of Seniors Helping Seniors NH for Caring for Seniors. She introduced us to Kim Perrotta and Lynn Robbins from Parkland Medical Center. Judy talked about some of the benefits of Parkland before Kim came to the mic and told us about an award that she won. She and Lynn talked to us about the NICHE (Nurses Improving Care for Healthsystem Elders) program and discussed some of the benefits to their hospital, including their short wait time.
