Rich talked to us about the negotiations between the Manchester School Board and the Hooksett School Board. He talked about Mayor Gatsas’ role in what is going on. He then took a phone call from John Lyscars of the Hooksett School Board, who wanted to get in on the conversation. He talked about their perspective of Manchester and what he believes is fair.
