Rich started the segment by discussing something that the Mayor said at the Manchester School Board Meeting. He shared about the difficulty he had in getting public information from Superintendent Debra Livingston and the back-and-forth that ensued. He gave some information about some elected officials who are receiving benefits and how much they are receiving.
