In this segment Rich discussed a union in the city of Manchester that came up with some challenges that need to be overcome to improve the Manchester School District. He shared some of their points and gave his perspective on them. Also, he gave a look at some of the mistakes of the past and warned about cases that need to be handled more appropriately.
