Robert Tarr called in to this segment that started off centering around the issue of lice (Click here for the mentioned article that he wrote), but quickly moved to problems surrounding the City Charter. Robert, who has filed a formal complaint due to the misuse of the Charter, shared with us his thoughts on the issue.
