Lisa Brady, a special education teacher with seven successful years of professional evaluations was removed from her position because she refused to go along with what she felt were false findings about one special education student. The student was featured in a film made with the assistance of UNH promoting a particular special education program. Lisa felt the portrayal of the student was dishonest and challenged those that were using the student to promote their program. Lisa has been denied “due process” by those parties, including the teacher’s union, who have particular interests in the special education program. Such is the life of a whistleblower! Is there a lawyer in the house that will give legal support to Lisa?
