This morning Jim Gaudet joined us for our Public Safety Issue of the Week segment, Jim explains to us that the Attorney General’s office has issued new guidelines for Eyewitness Identification in law enforcement. Is it reliable? Even with “positive” I.D.’s many cases are later overturned on DNA evidence.
Jim also looks at SB 116, the concealed carry legislation now in the pipeline.
