(Hour 2b)
Jason Lynch, of the Alzheimer’s Association MA/NH Chapter, joined us this morning to tell us how we can help our loved ones who suffer from dementia. Unfortunately, many of us have friends and family members with this condition, and may be looking for help with this debilitating condition.
Jason explained a few simple ideas, such as music therapy, and including familiar faces when interacting with Alzheimer sufferers that can make a real difference in their lives. Listen in to get the details of a special event that will be held on June 21st, called “The Longest Day.” It consists of an opportunity to hike up all forty eight mountains over four thousand feet in our area.
Jason offered many helpful ideas in this segment, and it included contact information for those who are interested.
