Doris Hohensee and Michelle Levell came on the show to shed some light on the House Bill 323.
One hundred seventy million dollars will be lost if Manchester opts out of the Smarter Balanced Assessment. Harriet Cady called in to give her two cents. Doris and Michelle tell us that House Bill 323 is essentially a blank check to the commissioners.
