Jon DiPietro, of Career Gravity, tells us about Uber. Some points that he elaborates on are about the qualifications of the drivers and the
framework that Uber put into place to ensure a safe ride. For instance, drivers are rated by users, and if the rating of a driver falls too low then Uber will get rid of that driver. In India and Chicago they are using a panic button feature, which is becoming a universal feature, that is being worked out to make the drive all the more safe. Jon and Rich discuss the details in this segment.
