(Hour 1a) Derry taxpayers were motivated by our interview with Mark Osborne. Call it a success! An April 21st final vote will be taken by town for the budget- but people are admittedly reluctant to speak out against their neighbors (police, firefighters, teachers- because of the effects it would have for their well being and pay) when it comes to budget and salaries. Tax more to spend more hasn’t worked. Social Media has become a medium for those who are fed up with big government and the people there freely express their opinion. However Rich points out you need to email town council, superintendents, and the board of selectman to get your point across.
