(Hour 2b)Town council has been given task of reducing budget. Budget of police and fire make up a big portion of a $40 mil budget and caused a jump in municipal tax rate. Mark tells us the things that have come his way in terms of pieces he will make cuts to in the budget. Unions angry with commissioners but residents say keep fighting for lower taxes.
