(Hour 2c) Rich recapped his recent event with the Merrimack Chamber of Commerce which featured awards, recognition, and a scholarship fundraiser. Later on we brought up the Manchester tax rate and the debate on if it is “too high” and how it compares to other towns. Rich brings up how long its been since we looked to the private sector on ways to save tax payer money and how we need to stop throwing money for the status quo.
