(Hour 2B) John Stevens of Unity Consulting enlightened us as to how one can effectively communicate within a business organization. The key to cooperation won’t be found in your point of view, but in understanding the other person’s point of view. John also gave us some critical insights on what questions to ask and how to ask them to discover where others are coming from. Oh, and a lot of this has to do with making sure everybody is “on mission.”
