(Hour 2b) U.S. veterans Bill Roy, Bob Dionne and Doug Haggan joined us for this week’s installment of Veterans In Our Own Backyard.
We heard about the three American Legions in Manchester: The Henry J. Sweeney Post on Maple Street, the William H. Jutras Post on Boutwell Street and the American Legion Post 79 on West Brook Street.
The veterans dispelled that these are just “watering holes” and talked about the community organizations they help support.
