Castillo-Turgeon commented on the “really good” recent meeting hosted by MPD Chief Mara in ongoing efforts to reach out and establish a relationship with Queen City immigrants, minorities and refugees.
Castillo-Turgeon explained the importance of such efforts in Manchester and beyond.
