(Hour 3b) Hooksett School Board member John Lyscars called in to compliment the Girard at Large show for our assistance in promoting community.
Lyscars was not as complimentary in discussing the tuition contract negotiations between Manchester and Hooksett.
He and Rich debated the finer points of the collective process and procedures that are, and are not, being followed.
