Francis Fernando is the Founder and current Chief Marketing Officer of Total Solutions Property Management: a thriving Real Estate Asset Management Company based in Southern New Hampshire with offices in Manchester and the Seacoast region. For years, Francis has successfully invested in real estate, acquiring a variety of profitable properties for himself and his growing roster of investment partners. He started Total Solutions Property Management in 2006 to manage his clients’ real estate portfolios.
Under Francis’s expert leadership, the company grew from a small start-up firm to a highly successful, profitable, well-respected real estate investment business that now manages more than 500 residential units and represents prestigious, high-profile clients, including US Bank, Wells Fargo, California National Bank and other local, national and international investors and investments firms.
Francis is the author of a US Trademarked book titled Job + Real Estate = Wealth. In this book he outlines the steps people should take to create an action plan, analyze potential investments, acquire additional properties, manage their Property Managers and much more. It also inspires people to keep their day job and invest in real estate “on the side” to increase and preserve their wealth.
Francis is a popular and dynamic speaker, who showcases his love for verbal and non-verbal confident communications. Attendees of his “Delivered-with-Confidence” and “JOB + REAL ESTATE = WEALTH®” programs leave energized, inspired and most importantly equipped with a roadmap for success.
Prior to pursuing his passions as a Business Trainer, Francis was a senior engineer at Verizon Communications, a Fortune 500 company. Francis studied Engineering at the State University of New York at Buffalo obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering. He also obtained a Master of Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He applies the systematic processes from his engineering background to maximize his successes in the real estate and speaking industry.
Francis currently lives in Manchester New Hampshire with his wife and two sons.
