(Hour 2b) Manchester School Board member and frustrated former Student Conduct Committee member Robyn Dunphy joined us in studio.
She resigned her post on Monday along with Deb Langton and Art Beaudry.
Dunphy explained what makes the Conduct Committee different and unique, from dealing with troubled students to offering them “a way back.”
Dunphy reported how Superintendent Debra Livingston repeatedly usurped the authority and responsibility of the Conduct Committee, breaking the chain of command “in a big way.”
