(Hour 2a, 3a)
(Hour 2a) Rich explained what a “default budget” is and what it means for towns like Hooksett. They’re pretty darned important, and standard operating procedure during the budget process.
Superintendent Charles Littlefield apparently didn’t get the memo.
Rich described the frustration that is building at the Hooksett School Board over the blatant foot-dragging of Littlefield, a man who doesn’t have a very high opinion of the Manchester School District.
Will his politics ultimately win the day for the Pinkerton Only crowd?

(Hour 3a) We had some technical difficulties playing an audio clip from the most recent School Board meeting in Hooksett, but finally got it to go.
School Board member James Sullivan has obviously had enough of Superintendent Littlefield’s antics in making a relatively simple matter into an extremely complicated one.
