(Hour 2c) Courtney Hoppe was back and in full form after a brief hiatus. Just in time to help bring back our scruffy, overexerted host.
Courtney-approved events for this weekend and Veteran’s Day:
– All Shook Up, a love story set to the songs of Elvis, is at the Palace Theatre in Manchester for two more weekends. Shows on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
– On Saturday (11/8), Vidfall.com will be stashing cash around Nashua. Find the cash, post it on FB, and they’ll donate that amount to the Humane Society of Greater Nashua.
– On Saturday evening, NH native and American Idol top 3 finalist Alex Preston will be at the Capitol Center for the Arts in Concord. His 7pm show sold out so they added another one at 2pm.
– It’s also Open Doors weekend all around the state. The League of NH Craftsmen sponsors this event which encourages NH’s artisan galleries to offer free admission this weekend. In Amherst, the White Birch Fine Art Studio will be open from 10am to 6pm on Saturday and Sunday.
– Don’t forget that Tuesday is Veteran’s Day! Veterans get a free prime rib dinner at Fratello’s or the Homestead on Tuesday.
