(Hour 1b) Some folks in the Timberlane Regional School District are convinced that hiring a really good PR Firm would be a really keen move.
Other folks believe that not bending or breaking the law, or spending taxpayer money without notifying the taxpayers, would be an even more brilliant strategy.
